What does the Breidert or Gary Steel cap look like?

In the installation manual for Hot Dawg heaters it states:

All horizontal category III vents must be terminated with a Gary Steel 1092 or Breidert Type L style vent cap.

I searched the net with Google and all the hits relate back to instructions for various heaters. All the caps I've found for Type B vent pipe all say they are for vertical installation only.

What does the Breidert Type L or Gary Steel 1092 look like and where can you get them?

check at a local HVAC supply house or call a contractor and tell him your situation and they might sell you one. The pic I attached is a 1092.
