What Drills with High RPM Have Decent Variable Speed Control?

Do Drills with High RPM Have Decent Variable Speed Control? I tend to read a lot of negative feedback on drills with very high RPM (between 2,500 - 3,000 RPM). Any way to adjust the sensitivity on triggers?
