What exactly did I buy today?

I found this interesting tool at an estate sale today, I didn't want it too much but it was bundled with an older Snap On 3/8 breaker bar and an SK sliding-t. It looks like a breaker bar but the end has a female thread on it. It says MILTON® CHICAGO 22 on the end and it's about 12 inches long.

It is for pulling valve stems into a wheel. Stick the stem through, thread it on and lever over he rim!

for installing valve stems...and is actually a pretty nifty invention by whoever made them first...comes in handy when needed for sure

Removal and installation of valve stems. Thread it on, pull/lever hard to remove old, pull gently to seat new.
