What fitting for plumbing this compressor aftercooler?

I purchased this cooler from Amazon after seeing it recommended here. I plan to mount it on the compressor with 1/2" ID soft copper tubing which I already have, and which is similar to what is currently used between the pump and the tank.

The problem is, the flare fittings on the cooler are (I think) 1/2" fittings, which means I would need 3/8 tubing flared with a flare nut to attach directly. My plan then was to find a female fitting I could screw on to the cooler that would convert it to pipe thread so I can then get a pipe thread to compression adapter to clamp on to the tubing. But I'm having a hard time finding a female flare fitting. Certainly none to be had at home depot, so I'm thinking this is something specialty or something that doesn't exist.

Long story short, need to get from 1/2" flare fitting to 5/8 compression.

Thanks in advance for the help.

If you can get to an industrial hardware store or a hydraulic supply shop, your chances of getting the fittings you are looking for will be greatly improved.
