What floor prep is needed for stain?

I think i would like to stain my garage floor something like this




Current concrete - 10 years old no cracks just small things like spilled paint over the years, oil....Does the floor need to be grinded?

You have to make it porous for stain.
Products like our DeltaDye need to get into the pores.

Try a Diamabrush tool on a buffer.
