What happened to Defiance tools?

My Dad had a set of defiance screwdrivers and they lasted years, I believe we only have a few left in decent condition, so I wanted to get some myself for work, however they don't seem to exist anymore? Are they even making tools still? I uploaded some images I took of one we use daily. These aren't the best pictures due to my hands being absolutely freezing!

The flat part of the handle with 'Made in Germany' suggests that it's made by Wiha.

If you don't get confirmation here it may be worth asking in the 'old world' thread as there are a few Euro screwdriver experts in there.

Looks Identical to the Newlec one. I haven't seen any in years now, however on eBay there is another one of their products and the seller says its produced by Wiha. Strange how defiance disappeared. I saw the Newlec set on eBay, sure enough it has a Wiha tag.
