What has happened to Armstrong Tools?

This does ****...I just purchased a Maxx Flex 1/2 ratchet and am pretty impressed with it. Now I'm on the hunt for the 3/8 version.

Has anybody tried to get warranty service from Armstrong? Can anyone tell what is going on there?

Well there was an announcement that they were ceasing production of Armstrong tools so I doubt you'll get any warranty service for much longer...

I just called them about a ratchet, they said the typical take it down to fasental and they will handle the warranty, Fasental ordered it and swapped it out.
