Has a logo with 'RAY' in the middle of a sunburst.

1st I've ever seen or heard of them.

If wrench is 11/16 (I think!) wrench is a ratchet used in adjusting Model T Ford transmission bands. Model T's came with a simple open end for the job, which was messy and involved fasteners that were hard to reach, so Ford and many aftermarket tool places offered a ratchet version to make the job a bit less annoying.
