Ding! Labeling is great, but pix are awesome. Take pix of everything, no matter how obvious it seems coming apart.
I like those tags, but some have to come off to do any re-build work. Those tags are much better than duct-tape-and-sharpie-pen method (which wears off).
As you apparently know, however tedious and time consuming it seems now is nothing compared to figuring out what went where later - and the ORDER stuff needs to go back together in.

That V-12 Jag is a better engine than a 350 Chevy. Too bad it's not it an E-type as you can pull the nose on them. I never did like working them in the XJS or the XJ saloons.
