Made a rolling base for my bench grinder. It's an old USA Craftsman 8". That thin will tear off an arm if you're not careful...

I just used junk wood that I had lying around. Oh... and does the US even manufacture fasteners anymore? I had to settle for these Chinese lag bolts and I sheared three of them (with a 1/2" ratchet... not the impact gun!) today! And these were 3/8" lag bolts!

Oh... and since we were posting our tool boxes a while back, I thought I'd share a shot of my crappy garage.... :bounce:

Believe me, it's not what I originally wanted, but beggars can't be choosers (so to speak)... I was just happy to have a garage! But I gotta say that the ambience is really growing on me....

It used to be dark as hell in there, but I have 6 shoplights and 2 150 spot lights hanging from the rafters now.

It's not such a bad place, esp since I don't use my stuff to make my living....

They are taping the last Red Green show this week. No more new stuff for us to try at home. just buy the DVD packs for every season and try out all the stuff you haven't already seen in reruns!!!!
