This is what Ive been up to lately....

Re-roofing our home, to replace the old crusty roof and match the roof on the garage/shop.

And for those imports pickups.... dont try this at home

How much does 24 squares of old 3-tab weigh?

well....

Lucky for me.... my work schedule changed right before I started the tear-off. So my schedule for roofing this got ALL screwed up. The result is my help not being able to help.

So Ive been doing this all by my lonesome. Im on day 4. Yippy.


Next project is to paint the exterior trims, then re-do the back porch. All 500 square feet of it. Then this place will be looking sharp.

All by yourself? You are making good time, then. Looks good. The dimensional shingles look way more expensive than the extra cost- I used them on my house, too. But I paid somebody to do mine, and I still don't regret that.
