What is a decent floor squeegee?

HI guys,
Christmas is coming up and I think a floor squeegee would be a good gift for my father. He has a two car garage with concrete floor and I think a squeegee would be really helpful for pushing water and slush and junk out during the winter.

I am looking at them on amazon and there's a few that look good but not really sure what to look for or what size to get. We currently use a 24" fine broom for water, it works o.k. but leaves the floor wet. At least 24" might be good.
Any suggestions or experience are helpful.

Yes, if the garage floor is mostly smooth, look for a foam squeegee rather than one with a hard rubber blade, it will get it almost dry.

I like the ones that have a soft edge to them. Menards has them.

The "Rol-Dri" style of roller dryers used for tennis courts do a very good job removing water. If you'd like to push stuff around, as in scrubbing and degreasing, they're probably not a good choice.
