What is a fair price for this stuff?

Hi Gents (and ladies, if any)

I have a local woodworker, furniture restorer who is interested in the tools I've attached pics of.

I'm not greedy, but also don't want to be victimized and so I'm turning to those more knowledgeable than I for advice if you care to give it. These tools were my dads, and searching for them online hasn't yielded much in the way of similar or like items. Maybe I just don't know the proper names of things. Can you give me your opinion of what you think is a fair price for these items? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Planes:

The large one is 13 inches long and has a wood handle and knob. It says made in USA, and metal products corp (I think)

The smaller planes are 6 inches, all metal, and can't see any other writing except made in USA on both of them.

Files:
4 files are 15 inches and are Nicholson
2 files are 12 inches, 1 is Nicholson, 1 is Turcot (hard to read, not sure)
1 file is 9 inches and made by Heller

Chisels:

1 says Stanley
2 have only Italy engraved in the blade
1 (darker reddish brown handle) has nothing that I can see written on it but looks very old

Last tool, don't know what to call it, but has something to do with angles??
Looks very old and has a nice wooden handle

While they may have great family value, they are not rare or really that old.

In my area, the collection may rate $80-100 to the right buyer.

You might want to gift them to the wood worker, who may put them to work, or you may decide to keep them, as your father's memories may be important than a few bucks.

Haha, the woodworker was telling me about how he charges owners of antique stuff ridiculous amounts and they don't even blink because they have so much disposable income (DC area). Gifts are for family and close friends.. But thank you for the insight. Just want to make sure there is nothing priceless in this lot. We have lots of pictures for memories.

The two block planes look like nice users. Both are common and can be priced on the on line auction site. The larger plane looks like a Dunlap. Not really a collector or user. The bevel gauge is rosewood and brass but very common. Files are nice. If the large chisel is a Stanley #750 it could be the one collector's item.

agreed most of this can be found at the local flea market for a couple bucks to maybe $10-15. Not rare enough for the old guys and there's no motor for the young ones.

Thank you Jim, for the valuation info. I'm guessing the Stanley is not a 750 as it simply says "Stanley", and under that, "made in USA" That's about the only place the 750 would go, right?

Am I allowed to post an ebay link? (not my stuff) This auction is for 3 Stanley chisels, two are 750 (one minus a handle) and one is not. My Stanley looks exactly like the one that doesn't have 750 on it
