I looked at Eaton a few years back when they had first switched to the china compressors and went instead with an Ingersoll Rand. Now I'm glad I did. I know some IR components are sourced there too but at least they don't go around trying to cover it up.
Been happy with my IR dual stage, 7.5hp 80 gallon upright unit ever since.

I have an Emglo gas powered portable unit with a GT pump (15.5 CFM @ 175 psi). It is the same as the Jenny compressors. Very well built, made in the USA and they last a long time. Jenny builds pumps that range from 4 CFM @ 100 psi on up. Parts are readily available. They are not cheap but quality usually isn't. The Jenny factory sells new bare pumps on Ebay as do other vendors.

A "G" (single stage) or "GT" (2 stage) pump would work well with your motor. They would both put out 14-16 CFM depending on your motor size and what speed you turn the pump.

You can download pump manuals and see what is inside.
