That Snap-on jack was made by Lincoln when they were a true US manufacturer. I've had the NAPA branded version for many years, driven it hard and it has never given me any problems. It's a good old school jack. You should be able to find a repair kit without too much trouble.

Currently Hein Warner is owned by SFA in Kansas City. They are still being made in the US and it is the original Lincoln jack. When SFA purchased the Lincoln jack line they brought it back to the US and relabeled it as HW. Lincoln kept the name for their lube equipment and welders
