What is a Snappy KTA59C

Can any of the Snap On fans give an thumbnail course on the older toolchest models? I don't know if the model # provided to me was incorrect or not, and I've spent some time on the Murch S-O database searching catalogs to no avail. I can't seem to find any data on this box.
