I got this in a bunch of reloading tools at a garage sale this weekend. What is it?

Stand for a powder measure? Possibly used with a progressive loader, mounted on the turret?

Another hint: this seems to be part of it. Sort of a large metal paper clip that is twisted, with lugs on each end that engage the slots in the metal bracket.

Ding, ding, ding, ding!!!! We have a winner!

I deduced from the socket that nocks the arrow that it must be for archery, and Google eventually came up with a photo that verified it.

Now does anyone recognize who the maker might be? I located photos of very similar tools, but nothing related to the sticker which says "Eastern Sports Montclair, NJ".
