What is it from a junk drawer?

We've all been there. I cleaned out the junk drawer in my garage today and I came across these two specimens that I apparently decided at some point were too useful to throw away.
These are things that I put in the drawer - I didn't get them in a lot at a sale - I placed them there when they were new. And I have no idea what they are or how I got them. I can say with some certainty that I did not buy them individually for some purpose.
They are pristine - they appear to have never been used. My best guess is that they came with something I bought to either aid in assembly or for later repair.
I'm clearly in the best position to know what they are - but I don't have a clue.
The shiny one is metal - it's actually 1/8 inch thick. Not a wear mark or a scratch on it anywhere.
The red one is plastic. The small end has a hook that thins out to the end, The wide end is blunt and is a little over 1/8 inch thick. Also, apparently the measurement of 3 inches is critical for it's use as it has a line and an arrow pointing to the blunt end letting you know when you hit that exact measurement. Again, no sign that it was ever used.
I included some safety glasses for scale - I doubt anyone will know but hey - have fun with it.

The red one is a automotive trim removal tool.
I actually have a full set of trim removal tools - this doesn't belong to that set and I've never bought a single one for a job. And what removal tool cares about a 3" mark?
I believe the metal one is used as a wedge to help remove a conical (Morse taper) chuck from a drill press quill.
Could be. I did buy a drill press a decade or so ago but I don't remember that being a part of it.

I got my drill press manual out - I do believe you are correct. Reference part #17. I guess I need to keep that......
Thanks!

Image searching, only other thing that is coming up is a beehive pry tool?

That would make sense - I have put them on all of the cars. I just did a set this year and don't recall getting one then.
I found some old instructions and you use the flat end to clean the channel and the little hook end is for pulling the outer weatherstrip out if it gets caught. I can remember using it now at some point. Not sure why the 3" mark is there though. Current instructions say to start with the window 1.5" down. Maybe in the past they said 3".

You guys are good.

Now, Right Now, while you know what it is, grab your sharpie and label it before you put it back in the drawer!!!! Ask me how I know to do this.
I put in the drawer with all the drill bits and drill related stuff. I may forget again but at least I will know it's related.
