Anyone know what this is or can venture a guess? It's 25lbs of steel and has SPEEDMATIC and 86 in raised letters across the face. At first I thought it was a section of railroad rail but not so sure. I bought it to use as an anvil. Can anyone tell me what its purpose was? Thanks!

Looks like a weight. The notches on the ends would be used to slide it onto 2 bars. Could either be off of a tractor or some kind of industrial machine. Its probably cast Iron and not steel.

Is it exactly 25lbs?
