What is it thing-a-hand-tool? Made in Denmark

I have no idea what this is. patent on one side and made in Denmark on the
other side.

It's an edge setter, puts a step in a sheet metal panel on one side, the other side usually has a hole punch to set up for plug welds.

It looks like the old world equivalent to a knipex with flat jaws on it to grab onto nuts or bolt heads.

Here in London i've only ever heard them called flanging tools.

I haven't seen a manual one. I bought an air powered one for sheet metal work.

I've also used just up to the first step to take wrinkles out of the edge of a sheet.
