What is it? (TRW 73091)

This came in a box I bought at a yardsale and I don't know what it is for. The handle is marked "TRW 73091 USA" and the end has sort of an hourglass shape as shown in the photos.

Could it be for some sort of screw with those security heads?

TRW clutch head screwdriver like used on rear metering plates on old Holley 4 barrels carbs.

That is the middle size, they had a smaller 73090 and a larger 73092

It's also used for those security head bolts on older coin machines. One of the stores I bought had an old bill changer i needed to open so I just drilled them. Wish I had one of those drivers then. I think some pay phones have them too. I also seen them holding together restroom fixtures. I never seen them on cars, but its possible.

Yep, a clutch head screwdriver. This type of screw was used on, IIRC, Chevy and GMCs back in the early '50s. Also, used on John Deere 2-cylinder tractor sheet metal in about that same time frame. And, as already mentioned, some Holly carbs. I believe that a full set of screw drivers consists of about 5 different head sizes. Don't know if they are used in any current applications.
