What is it?

:dunno:I think it is a belt tension adjusting tool. It's marked Borroughs T&E with either BTB423 or BT8423. It's a 1/2"drive deep socket with a bulge and a 2-5/8" slot up the side. There is a 1" hex male on the drive end and a 7/8" female open (socket) end. Overall length is 3-1/2".
So what do you think?

O2 sensor socket, the slot is for the wires. But I dont understand the bulge..:dunno: maybe the bulge is there to keep the socket from spreading?
