While I was on vacation over the holiday's I rented a Infinity G37x. Nice car. Being a car guy I looked under the hood and found this tool sitting right on top of the radiator. Anybody know what it is?

I think it's a pair of tire weight pliers. They have a little hammer on there for installation as well.

Yup, a tire weight tool. The part opposite the hammer is hook and lever to remove old weights, and on the handle side of the pivot is a cutter to remove a bit of weight for fine tuning, then the "V" shape notches are for bending the hook to hold them to the rim a little tighter if needed.
