What is it?

Hey guys,

I got some things in a box from an auction... there are a couple of things I need help identifying.

One looks to be a quick change tool holder for a lathe tailstock, and it's MT2, the same as my Sheldon 10". CTW is the brand... The tool that came with the 'holder' is broken... Google was no help... Anyone know anything about these?

I'm lost with the second 2 things.

One screws onto something, very fine threads. It had a long point, something like a center, but too tapered I think, and someone has removed half of it.

The other looks like it might go into a collet... a bit kind of reamer? This one looks brand new... no name on it.
