I found these and have trying to find out the exact use for them. I found something close called a scaffolding plate (on Google image search ) was with scaf. plate or a stretcher board lol.. thanks for any help
Not wishing to be disagreeable, but not sure that is what those are. What does that label looking thing tell us?
They look like a structural reinforcement bracket to me. Sort of like an extra strong Simpson Strong Tie.
Looks like an earthquake brace to me, slotted holes aren't in the right spacing for rack shelves, at least none of the half dozen different brands I have around.
May be a tie bracket for scaffolding. (Or being used as one).
Scaffolding has to get wider in all directions as it gets taller or be anchored at required intervals.
Brackets get attached to the structure and the scaffold gets anchored with 9 wire.
What about clips for uplift resistance of rooftop HVAC equipment, or wherever equipment needs to be fastened securely? At grade, or in elevated locations like high rises?
