What is the best tile for Florida?

I am particularly concerned about buying the right tile with respect to my primary issues of dirt and mold in the hot and humid climate in which I live. Which tiles have the tightest seams to minimize dirt and water getting underneath and then which tiles best allow water and air to mover around underneath to dry things out when water does get there?

Thanks in advance. I am torn between PVP and polypro tiles on this matter...
