What is the difference between Instinct hard and Instinct soft?

I bought a Phillips driver at a tag sale a while back, and I love it. I am considering buying a set, but how do I tell if the one I have is soft or hard.... The pictures on Snapon's site look the same.

For example...
Hard
Soft

My driver appears that the colored part is hard plastic, while the black part is rubber. I would like to get the set that is the same.

The black-ish (kinda more grey) part on the instinct hard version is just has hard as the color portion, just with a brush finish for more grip.

Old square handles = ****.

New instinct handle = ergonomic and comfortable and MUCH easier to torque on. The latter isn't even a comparison, its just light years ahead of the basic square thing. I have them in green soft grip myself, very nice screwdrivers.

I could not disagree more! That's ok though, more classic hard handles for me.
