Hey! I guess I should be more sympathetic. I've been accused of being worthless, but no one has come to my defense. [emoji1] I don't use these little smiley faces, but I thought this would be a good opportunity to use one.

Well the prices go as this...

Big Anvil went for $475
Medium Anvil went for $250
Cone Anvil $325
Wedge Block $275
Pounding Block 2 1/2" thick 10"x14" (just a piece of steel) $14
Track Anvil $150

Nothing had any names on it... They were what they were and that was it. I definitely didn't think they would go as high as they did. Though I will be looking for one from time to time at different sales or auctions.

I didn't post that because I didn't want his head to swell. LOL It was ashamed that nothing had any markings, names, or even numbers.

:eyecrazy: I would guess the track anvil was made by a fellow named Art... So the high bidder bought a true work of Art.. It was nicely crafted, but $150 was two or three times what I would have guessed for a selling price...
