Bell System II-43 H.K.P. INC. I cannot find any info? Can anyone help me out please?? I am guessing a wire stripper of some sort?

Yes, crimper, and HKP is most likely HK Porter, known for pro grade crimpers, bolt cutters etc.

It is a crimper for splicing older aerial drop wire that goes from pole to house, strip wire put in copper tubes and crimp 3x each end of splice tube (old school) ,then wrap splice rubber dr tape and vinyl tape could take pic of tubes ,wire and crimper if you would like
