What is this bench?

I found this bench a few years back on the curb.
I've been using for my miter saw but will soon try to sell it.
I was wondering what it is. It has strange corner doors and the top slides open.
Also has a pot on the inside. Every panel is solid wood.
Could it be an artist bench for painting?

Is that red-ish spot in the front center a name or logo? I can't tell from the photos but it could be a clue.

I would guess not an "artist" bench for painting, the position would be uncomfortable (I think) to paint, that's why they use easels.
I think crafter, or model builder bench, possibly made from plans, or home made.
Nice looking bench.

Uncomfortable for crafts... maybe buffet for food prep and service. Could be used for carvers or woodworkers storage cart.

The cup is certainly a funnel for garbage which would feed a garbage can inside.

But I don't think this is home made. I've seen cabinets in my dentist's office too similar in design to be a coincidence.

Are there any markings on the back?
