What is this Bracket, Came with my Snapon Riser

This bracket came with my snapon workstation. Im guessing a light but can anyone explain or even better post a pic.

Adding a side box possibly? Just a lip for tge bottom, that's my guess, but ive never owned a snap on product.

For like $3K+ SO doesn't even take the time and effort to throw in a 5-cent piece of paper, you know, with some words written on it. Some companies call this new fangled thing "instructions".

Yeah I found the Instructions and yes its a drilling templet. Thanks and sorry I guess I just had a dumb moment.
