What is this called?

And where can I get them?

They are used to hang the cables from a forklift battery charger to keep them out of the way.

I have searched everywhere without any luck.

Any help is appreciated.

You could CK a truck shop (semi) they use ones that have 3 holes in to hold air lines and light cord.To the trailer.

I see that you found a source, but that wouldn't be too hard to fabricate...three holes and a slice down the middle.
