What is this Craftman bit? Security bit?

Good morning
I bought some sockets recently and got this bit as well (was given to me for free since the seller did not know what it's for)
Does anybody recognize the model?

I am thinking that it's some type of security bit, but have no idea.

... Had to take it apart to get rid of some rust...

That's a clutch head Type A.
