I think the "garage art" is the correct label for this thing. It's certainly not complete, and I don't know if Craftsman ever marketed a version of that compressor. I have a similar but complete unit. Mine is a Binks that dates to the 1920's. It has a flat belt drive and that "bottle looking thing" is actually the storage tank. Mine is pretty much original except for a gray paint job that someone did on it ages ago.
