The seller has no clue. It is a gem polisher with lots of parts missing.

Yes, went and got the DP from the powder coat guy on Sunday afternoon .... will begin going back together today!

You didn't read down far enough. Seller posted a link to the Sears catalog on Vintage Machinery. Pix make it obvious what it's for - and that it's missing a BUNCH of parts.

Interesting, isn't it, that the seller knows almost nothing about it, but does know how much to charge for it!
