What is this curved chisel-scraper-knife?

Here's some kind of chisel, scraper, or knife from an estate sale. I was thinking it could be useful for finishing a chair seat or shallow bowl or plate type carving. I forgot to get a picture of the back, but it is slightly concave, so you can sharpen it to where the back rides on the work and the edge is in full contact.

Its a scraper
The type of tool you would use to scrape in white metal (babbitt) bearings.
Thanks, that does make the most sense given the blade angle is closer to what I see in the metal cutting and deburring world.
But I suppose it can be pressed into service for a number scraping jobs.

What's the brand on the shaft? Not something normal in my WW world, but might be crafts like clay.

It appears to have "H Park" engraved on the blade, and I am barely able to make out "MO" stamped on the shaft, but I cannot make out the rest.
I'd go with bearing scraper, but it's the oddest bearing scraper I've ever seen. (where's the edge?)

That sounds about right, but its not in front of me now.

The bottom edge is fairly sharp like a sharpened cold chisel in feel and angle.
