I have found several of these in the road and wonder what they are. My son insists they are fuses but he is only 5 so ...

You might need glasses, but I need a new phone. It has trouble focusing close and I couldn’t tell they were blurry because I didn’t have my reading glasses on.

Some more clarity will surely help us identify(searched it on google images, still no answer). A rough guess will be a bulb of a device, precisely a bulb fuse - your son did a good job, though!
