What is this gear & bearing thing

Found it in my grass by the road. I have no idea if it is related, but a huge poplar fell earlier in the week taking out a couple of poco poles. The only markings I could find on it are 'T11'. It does appear that something sheared at the end that is stamped.

I'm hoping this is worth millions so I can retire. But would at least like to know what it is before I set it on my shelf as a conversation piece/toy.

It is part of an impact wrench, most of the electric cordless ones use this style. That peg that is broken off is where the anvil would go. It is trash/scrap.
