What is this globe master tool?

It says it is tool# 65800. I have no idea what this tool is for, and I cannot find anything via the tool#.

Battery terminal puller. For top lug batteries. It pulls the terminal off the tapered stud. I just used one today!

Not sure, but Globemaster was very prominent on auto parts grab tables in the late '60's. I still have a few pieces.
