Air hammer with a spring retainer. IF you plan to use this get a quick change retainer. These springs are terrible.

That is very low powered import air hammer so I don't see much money in that tool

Could also be a 2X rivet gun. Easy way to check is trigger operation... On/OFF and it's probably a hammer. If it feathers, then rivet gun.

Feathered Trigger is used on Air Hammers (aka ... Zip Guns) but I've used the very same air hammers to rivet semi trailer skins on reefers back together as well as replacing skins on livestock semi trailers after using the same tool to cut the aluminum, boogered welds off to prep the aluminum surface for patch and/or welding. Been about 23 yrs since I did that. I did recently purchase a BFAH with the larger shank... the A stands for Air and everyone should know the BFH nickname spelled out....
