What is this Kobalt tool

Good evening
I found this tool. Seems to be very familiar and somehow my mind is trying to connect it to either food incinerator or something in the house, but can not figure out what.
This is Kobalt. The number on the side has 1X5524 (X - number is rubber off, looks like 0,3,6,or 8). Tried all combinations on google, but no luck.

Anybody can give me an idea?

P.S. Still dirty, will clean up soon...

My first though due to the shape is a paint scraper but the head of the tool is rather thick for that.

Yup, grout & caulk removal tool. Hook it in and scrape.
