The other day I stopped by my old HS Autoshop to catch up with the my teacher. He recently purchased a larger box, and is looking to sell this one. He mentioned that he wasn't sure what to ask for it, and I told him I would take some pictures because I know the perfect place to ask!

It's a circa 1994/95 KRA-3800. All of the slides are friction, except for the bottom right drawer, which has ball-bearings. It has normal signs of use, but it's still in great shape, and all the drawers work fine. He has 2 sets of keys for it.

Let me know if you need anymore details.

What would be a good price range for this?

Thanks!

I think the $650 range is a little low but not by much. If I had it, I'd ask $1000, cleaned and lubed obo and be happy with $800. Now that's on the east coast and I'm never in a rush to sell. In northern Michigan, that $650 might be more realistic but I'm assuming the econemy is not good there.

Presentation is everything. Tell him to clean the box inside and out and buff the paint if needed. Since he is a teacher, one of his students might need some extra credit to bump his grade up, makes a great extra credit project!
