What is this Mac Tool?

I can't found out anything about this. I picked it up recently with a bunch of Mac tools from a former dealer's inventory. It's about the size of a key and the stem part has an upward curve to it.

It says MAC Tools BT96138

Is it brake related?

Anyone know?

What the backside look like? Almost looks like an electrical plug cover or something like that from just the front.

I have seen a similar looking tool in an old Cornwell brake adjustment tool set. I think it is for adjusting drum brakes.

So it is a brake tool, thanks for all the help guys. I checked out that set on the website but I can't find an individual description either. Their website is so jerky.

Guys on GJ should and could design some better sites for these tool companies!

Listings on Ebay for that OTC set consider it to be a brake spoon, it seems.

Anyways it is solid steel and here's a picture of the back.
