What is this odd tool?

This thing came from a garage sale today, and it has me stumped. The sale was at a commercial garage that gone out of business. Made by the Barbee Company. Anyone know what this is? Thanks in advance.

The handles are too short for a blacksmith and I'm not sure what he would use the screwdriver ends for.

I don't believe the ends are screwdrivers. Maybe pry bars. Not too short to for forging. The round stock would be a foot or so from the end of the tool. I didn't say that tool was used to insert and retrieve the work from the forge.

they are pipe end expanders...used up until the 60's and 70's...

Sorry, man. There just happened to be company by that name in that city in 1921 that made tools for a variety of things including blacksmithing tools. So, I wasn't guessing.

But you're right because I was thinking of these:

Nice try, but I don't think so. First, the handle is too short. You would get burned, holding the thing, because the steel heats up awfully quickly. Second, the inside of the round part is stepped, as if to hold things of different sizes. Third, why the tips that are designed for prying? Fourth, blacksmith tools are generally not plated, since they get hot, and plating would burn off. Fifth, I've done blacksmithing for a while, have seen many shops, and never seen a gadget such as this. And last, it's well used, and came from a garage.
Thanks anyway, but I think we are back to square one.

Yeah, that's definitely it. Used in radiator repair, although I've never seen one in a car repair shop before. Thanks so much!

Plus, as it turns out, the handles are sized to round out heater hose *******. So, it's 4 in 1.
