That manufacturer makes blade sharpeners and they are not that cheap.

It's for sharpening circular saw blades. The stand sets the diameter and angle for the blade size and type.

Lots of the Foley sharpening stuff turns up for sale, and it's usually real cheap. When's the last time you sent any kind of saw out for sharpening?
