What is this spanner for???

Last week at a garage sale got some stuff ,when checked it at home this spanner got my attention ,is a Stahwille and one side is 12 mm.and the other is 14.
Any ideas of what is it for?

Just a guess, but the upper end in the first two pix looks like it might not be a factory bend-chrome loss. Take a close look, see if you see any signs of heating or cracking. The other end is clearly a medium-deep offset, though that off-axis **** might be due to overtorqueing. Take a look in the Stahwille online catalog or Alloy Artifacts, see if it was originally offset x straight.
Curious.

Just for laughs, I tried those, came up blank. Nothing on Alloy Artifacts, and on Stahwille's site all the "double ring spanners" were symmetrical, which yours clearly never was. :dunno:

First,my bad it is 10 mm and 14 mm.,the bent is hard to say just a bit of chrome missed but it's pretty parallel and no marks of heat. The ten mil.has those little slits.
The 14 mm. Is def factory offset ...

It reminds me of some of the specialty wrenches manufactured for some of the German automobile manufacturers, but I'm not sure which one. Not my area of expertise.
