What is this specialty tool for?

I got this ratcheting wrench in a box of stuff at the flea market:

It has the Chrysler Pentastar logo on it and it is 5/8 drive. It is stamped 6A 16.

Anyone here know what this tool was made for?

yeah it is chrysler corp's vehicles that use it for jack up the vehicle when it have flat tire and change to spare tire on it. it is old...
