From a quick search of the package information it doesn’t appear to be cheap either.

Probably power lineman crimpers. They may or may not be for a hydraulic tool. Greenlee offers a lot of speciality stuff - including makita powered cordless crimpers, and hydraulic powered ones too.

Think “bolt cutters that dont actually cut all the way”..
