I've used exhaust clamps in a pinch for those bushings that need to be compressed while pressed in

'Metal band wrench' is similar, but usually has a simple knob on the end to tighten.

I don't think the band wrench - atypical like a oil filter will have the gusto to get the compression I want. The one in the link looks ~beefier~.

I think it is the pre-tensioning tool for the slit bearings. Their site is **** and I can't link to the tool.
