Looks like a bottle opener of last resort and despair.
I don't think that is copied from anything made by Snap-On.

Good wall hanger for over the bar. Looks like a bottle opener, cork puller, lime/cheese cutter, pate spreader etc. multi function tool that would be a great conversation piece. I like it. It reminds me of a gadget you would have found in a 60s department store next to the shakers and cigarette lighters.

Can opener, bottle opener, cheese knife, shoehorn, fish spatula, sandwich spreader, pasta measure, fish scaler, circumciser, putty knife, paint roller cleaner, egg separator and junk drawer space waster.

In short, it's a gizmo.

Oddly enough, this is also one of those misfits that disproves the "every tool is a hammer" theory.

I've learned more about this thing.

It was sold in the 50's and 60's by The Sandell Company in Wilmington, DE, as the KLEVER KLEEVER.

As they described it: "IMPLEMENT FOR GENERAL KITCHEN USE, SUCH AS CUTTING, CHOPPING, PRYING, MINCING AND TENDERIZING FRESH AND FROZEN FOOD MATERIALS, INCLUDING POULTRY, FISH AND VEGETABLES, AND FOR PRYING OTHER OBJECTS SUCH AS FROZEN ICE TRAYS, BOTTLE AND JAR TOPS, ETC"
